A family-friendly Fayre filled with conscious creators, holistic healers, nourishing food, workshops, and talks will be held throughout the day.

£2 entry, which allows you to attend as many workshops as you wish

Aberdeen Health & Wellbeing Festival 2025
The Aberdeen Health and Wellbeing Festival is back for a fourth year, taking place on Saturday, January 11th, at The Beach Ballroom.
This not-for-profit event was launched by Dr Emma Windle and Sarah Stewart to showcase the incredible range of health and well-being businesses and services in the North East and to inspire, motivate, and educate people in the area to take a more active role in looking after their health.

As part of our commitment to mental health and well-being, Kadampa Meditation Centre is delighted to host a week of free events so that everyone can visit the centre in Aberdeen and try meditation.
Come to as many sessions as you wish at their centre in Aberdeen, and look out for our free well-being events in Inverurie, Elgin, Nairn, and Ellon.
