The Aberdeen Health and Wellbeing Festival is back for a fourth year, taking place on Saturday 11th January at The Beach Ballroom.

This not-for-profit event was launched by Dr. Emma Windle and Sarah Stewart to showcase the incredible range of health and wellbeing businesses and services in the North East, and to inspire, motivate, and educate people in the area to take a more active role in looking after their health.
